• We think Justin hides his technical abilities because he knows that it’s best for Skeleton Key that he focus on coordinating efforts and managing the rest of us. Even so, his passion for technology shows through the spectrum of beta software that he always seems to be testing, and his critical problem solving skills come through when he quickly points out a simple solution to a problem that another staff member has been fighting.

• Justin gets things done and makes sure everyone around him does also. Like the point guard, all good plays seem to start with Justin distributing the ball. Just don't let his role make you question his technical abilities though. He knows what we're doing, but he doesn’t like to show it off.
