Founder and CEO Mark Richman started his journey in a different, yet still highly technical field: theatrical design and production. His experience in technical direction, production management, and stage design showed him the importance of problem-solving and finding consensus, as well as the value of good design principles and practices.
In 2002, those principles and that passion for problem-solving led him to a new field, software development. Two years later, Skeleton Key opened its doors with a focus on developing custom business applications and strategies that help organizations work more efficiently.
